Job Description : Our Account Managers are the point of contact for clients and run large portfolios of accounts. You will educate, manage and problem solve Display campaigns for our Advertisers and Agencies, via internal tools and technology to grow their business and overall portfolio.
You will cross sell and up sell Rakuten Advertising services to retain and grow the portfolio. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ramp up clients quickly and efficiently meet their requirements and set clear expectations Manage a portfolio of clients : Understand client needs / requirements in order to provide forward thinking business recommendations and appropriate product / service(s) education.
Establish and maintain regular and appropriate communication with the key contact(s) via meetings, emails, calls and support tickets Aim to achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Ensure that clients are managed profitably. Grow revenue from existing client relationships : Ensure strong understanding of portfolio goals.
Retain existing clients : Understand client performance goals and work with them on a strategy and list of tactics to hit them Dispute resolution : Break down problem causes and ensure all client issues are resolved in a timely manner Perform delivery of client performance (including presentations) as and when appropriate MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Technical / functional expertise First relevant experience in account management (affiliate marketing, retargeting or agencies) Strong MS Office suite skills (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook) Good project management skills Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, particularly Display Marketing Communication skills Fluency in French required, Good level in English.
Strong customer services skills : Negotiation, diplomacy, able to translate client requirements into technical specifications Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Results focus Detail-orientated Analytical and Strategic Marketing : Demonstrate success in measuring results and setting, meeting, and exceeding aggressive quantitative goals.
