We are looking for a Customer Engineer specialized in Ion Implantation to support our MSA contract in Grenoble.

Within our Service department, you take care of the maintenance of our equipment installed on our client's site in order to ensure their maximum availability for production.

In this context, you will join a team specialized in ion implantation at our customer site.

You will work on all our ion implanters, Viision, Viista 810, 3000, 900XPT as well as the latest generations, Viista 9003D and Viista Trident, covering all HighCurrent, HighEnergy and MediumCurrent implantation needs.

Your main missions :

You will be performing preventive and corrective maintenance of Applied Materials manufactured semiconductor equipment, in clean room environment,

You will proactively take ownership of technical issues,

You learn and apply diagnostic techniques to resolve failures in our equipment,

You write detailed intervention reports using SAP and MS office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, ...),

You participate in the continuous improvement of preventive maintenance procedures and methods,

You will be involved in adopting Applied Materials business processes and programs (return parts procedures, Tool downs, Safety),

Compliance with current safety systems and participating in creating a safe working environment is an essential task in this role.

Your profile :

You have a strong technical background and you like to work in the field.

You are autonomous in the realization of maintenance operations and the elaboration of diagnostics.

You have a first experience in ion implantation.

You have well-developed technical communication skills to interact with international technical support.

You are a team player, have customer service skills, a passion for maintenance and a taste for excellence.
