You are part of the Global HR team, working out of our Headquarters in Neuilly, and you report directly to our Head of Global Learning.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

Actively supporting all Global Learning projects

Animate the Global learning alumni Community : communication plan, content, participate to the platform creation and animation

Monitor technology trends and development

Stay up to date on all Learning related topics, keeping an ear out for helpful innovations on the market

Managing all the operational aspects of Global digital learning programmes :

Collaborate with regional learning & HR stakeholders to set dates & lists of participants

Participate in the development of learning supports in the preparation, animation & follow-up of each session

Manage invitations and exchanges with participants

Support the Head of Global Learning in programme design

Create some e-learning module online

Managing all the operational aspects of Global on-site learning programmes (if face to face learning is possible)

Work with external providers to secure venue, accommodation, and all material critical for programme delivery

Manage venue set-up and on-site organization to ensure an optimal learning experience for all participants

Supporting regional programmes deliveries & facilitation

Share programmes material & guides with regional learning & HR stakeholders

Actively participate in best practice sharing across regions

Define and implement common KPIs

Define common learning KPIs to follow

Manage the set up and follow

Create a dashboard to support communication around learning

You’re a people person who can build relationships across the business at all levels

You have a bachelor’s degree in Business or HR Management

You know your way around MS Office

You have excellent organizational, prioritization skills

You are fluent in both English & French
