As Territory Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of cloud technologies within your territory.

You will be a relationship builder, have a keen eye for detail and be adept at using the resources available to be successful.

The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to successfully manage a diverse set of relationships.

He / she should also be a team player who is prepared to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Development and execution of a territory plan
  • Capture, track and advance qualified opportunities and customer information in CRM system
  • Build detailed close plans for assigned opportunities
  • Up-sell and cross-sell on existing customer base
  • Work with partners to help extend scale, reach and drive adoption
  • Achieve monthly revenue and opportunity conversion measures
  • Work closely with other team members to help grow revenue in assigned territory
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or MIS
  • Diligent, frugal, effective, humble, simple and clear working behaviour
  • Technology related sales or account management experience in the software / internet / services industry
  • Strong result driven sales sense with solid technical acumen, and a demonstrated track record of driving emerging / disruptive technologies like open source software, virtualization and Software as a Service delivery models
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM application
  • Ability to deploy and scale up the opportunities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional team
  • Exposure to marketing and demand generation initiatives.
  • A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus.
